HBA/DE past president Kevin Kelly (1998-99) was officially certified on January 21, 2010 by the NAHB Nominations Committee on the final day of the IBS Board Meeting as a candidate for NAHB 3rd Vice Chairman, commencing a yearlong campaign that will culminate with the election in January 2011 at the International Builders Show in Orlando, Florida.     To read more, click here.
